Information we use

We use your name, phone number, area and order details to confirm an order, arrange delivery and provide customer service. For M-PESA payments, we may retain the amount, status, time, receipt number and the last four digits of the paying phone number. We never receive or store your M-PESA PIN.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use this information to fulfil your order, reconcile payments, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. Necessary payment information is sent to Safaricom to initiate and confirm an M-PESA payment. If you choose WhatsApp, that service also processes your message. Our hosting provider stores the website data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for delivery, customer service, payment reconciliation and applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access or correct your information, or to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to retain. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

M-PESA safety

Enter your PIN only on your phone after confirming the name KERICREST DROPS. We will never ask for your PIN on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.
