Agree a delivery day and a volume, and we invoice monthly with a proper statement instead of collecting on every drop. Rates improve with quantity and frequency. Payment terms are agreed in writing before the first delivery, so nobody is surprised later. M-Pesa and cash today; bank transfer for organisations that need it.
Event and branded water
